Urenna Iheme is an accomplished entrepreneur, business executive, and chartered accountant with over three decades of experience in business development, corporate leadership, and strategic management. She is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Fefferetti Group of Companies, a diversified business conglomerate with interests spanning property development and management, food production and processing, exports, corporate and industrial catering, restaurant services, consultancy, contracts, corporate branding, and gift solutions.
Driven by a passion for excellence, integrity, and innovation, Urenna founded Fefferetti in 1993 as an entrepreneurial vision, which later evolved into a limited liability company in 2004. Under her leadership, the organization has grown into a reputable and multifaceted business group comprising Fefferetti Nigeria Limited, Fefferetti Properties Limited, and Fefferetti Foods Limited.
In addition to her role within the Fefferetti Group, she also serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Blantyre Nigeria Limited, a business and financial solutions consultancy providing strategic advisory and professional consulting services.
Urenna is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). She holds a degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Nigeria, Enugu Campus, and has further strengthened her expertise through the Export Management Programme at the Lagos Business School.
